What if I send USDT on the wrong network?
Funds sent on another network (ERC20, BEP20 and others) or as a different token can't be recovered, by us or anyone else. Please double-check the network is TRC20 before sending.
How long does it take?
48 hours from when your payment is confirmed: when it arrives on the Tron blockchain for USDT, or when we confirm it by hand for PayPal (usually within a few hours). Your brief is already in, so the clock starts with the payment. If we miss the 48 hours, you get a full refund.
What data do you use?
Only public data: your site and your competitors' sites, their XML sitemaps and robots.txt, an on-page crawl sample, a Lighthouse mobile speed test, the Tranco list of popular domains, and the public "best of" pages in your niche. Every number in the report can be checked.
Do you include Domain Rating, traffic estimates or backlink counts?
No. Those numbers come from paid SEO indexes such as Ahrefs, and our reports don't include Ahrefs data, Domain Rating, traffic estimates or backlink counts. Instead we check things you can verify yourself, such as which roundups mention you and whether they link to you.
Will this get me more traffic?
No one can honestly promise rankings. You'll get a clear, evidence-based list of what to fix and what to publish, in order. The results depend on doing the work.
How are reports made?
Data collection (sitemaps, crawls, speed tests) is automated, and the analysis is written with AI assistance. Every figure is tied to a source listed in the report, and anything we couldn't measure is marked as such rather than estimated.
What happens to my information?
We only use public data about your site; we never ask for logins, passwords or analytics access. The details in your order form are used only to produce and deliver your report, are never sold or shared, and are deleted 90 days after delivery. Note that a USDT transaction is permanently public on the Tron blockchain, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. See the Privacy policy.
What is your refund policy?
If your report isn't delivered within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed, you get a full refund the same way you paid: USDT to the address you paid from, or back to your PayPal account. Every report also includes one free revision, requested within 14 days of delivery. See the Terms.
