Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. The service

HolicAudit ("we") provides a one-off SEO and competitor audit of a website you name ("you"), delivered as a PDF by email. What each tier includes is listed on the pricing section of our home page at the time you order. We currently audit English-language sites only.

2. Ordering and payment

• Prices are $49 (Basic), $99 (Standard) and $149 (Standard + Content Plan), paid as the same amount in USDT or in US dollars with PayPal.
• You place an order by submitting the order form. It gives you an order number and an exact amount to pay: the tier price plus a few cents (for example 99.37) so we can match your payment to your order. The extra cents are part of the price.
• We accept two payment methods: USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network, and PayPal.
• USDT: on the TRC20 (Tron) network only, sent to TJSa2hTdRyRFqKSooPVjU11a6HQufPTLRS, the address shown on the order form and our home page. Funds sent on another network or as another token can't be recovered, and we are not responsible for them.
• PayPal: in US dollars to paypal.me/maicoden, the PayPal link shown on the order form, with your order number in the payment note. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms and are confirmed by us by hand, usually within a few hours.
• We hold your exact amount for 24 hours. If you pay later, or send a different amount, email us with your order number so we can match the payment by hand; if we can't match it to an order, we'll refund it.
• Your order is confirmed once we have confirmed your payment (on the Tron blockchain for USDT, or in our PayPal account for PayPal), and we'll email you to confirm. You can also email us your brief instead of using the form, and we'll reply with an order number and amount.
• Any network fee for sending a USDT payment, and any fee or currency conversion PayPal charges you as the sender, is paid by you.

3. Delivery

We deliver your report by email within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed: when it arrives on the Tron blockchain for USDT, or when we confirm it for PayPal. For a late or different payment that we match by hand, the 48 hours start when we confirm the match. If we need something from you to continue, we'll ask by email.

4. Refunds and revisions

• Late delivery: if we don't deliver within 48 hours, you get a full refund in USDT, sent to the address you paid from (or another TRC20 address you give us in writing); if you paid with PayPal, the refund goes back to your PayPal account.
• One free revision: if something in the report is wrong, unclear or misses a competitor you named, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll revise it once at no cost.
• If we can't take on your order (for example, the site isn't in English), we'll refund you in full before starting.

5. What we don't promise

An audit gives you evidence-based recommendations. No one can guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales, and results depend on what you do with the report. Reports use public data only and don't include Ahrefs data, Domain Rating, traffic estimates or backlink counts. Measurements such as speed tests are taken at one point in time and can vary.

6. Your report

Once paid for, the report is yours to use and share inside your business. We won't publish your report or name you as a customer without your permission.

7. Acceptable use

We may decline an order for a site that is illegal or harmful, and refund you in full if we do.

Security audits (HolicSecurity, ordered through the same form) are only carried out on sites you own or are authorized to have tested. When you order one, you confirm that authorization, and we verify ownership (for example with a DNS TXT record or a file on the site) before any testing starts. If ownership can't be verified, we don't test the site and you get a full refund.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Independence

HolicAudit is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google, Ahrefs or any SEO tool vendor. Companies named in our sample report did not commission it and are not affiliated with us.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to your order. Questions: holicaudit@mail.grokbot.com.
